By accessing and using KDJ Tools, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

KDJ Tools provides a collection of browser-based development and utility tools including:

Free Tools

  • Code formatters and validators
  • Text processing tools
  • Design utilities
  • Security tools
  • Media converters

Live Sessions

  • Free Live Sessions: All users can attend live sessions for free via Zoom or YouTube stream
  • Registration Required: Must register with name, email, mobile number, and gender
  • Guest Access: Non-registered users may attend as guests
  • Pro-Only Recordings: Session recordings are exclusive to KDJ Pro members

Premium Services

  • Gold Subscription: Access to premium tools and features
  • Short Courses: Educational content and tutorials
  • KDJ Pro Membership: Access to live session recordings via NAS.io
  • Advanced Tools: Professional-grade utilities and features

3. Service Pricing

Free Services

Most tools provided by KDJ Tools are completely free to use with no subscription fees or hidden costs.

Premium Services

Some advanced features and educational content are available through paid subscriptions:

  • Gold Subscription: Monthly or annual subscription for premium features
  • Short Courses: One-time purchase for educational content
  • Pricing: All prices are clearly displayed before purchase
  • Payment Processing: Handled securely through OnePay
  • Refunds: Subject to our Return & Refund Policy

4. Privacy and Data Processing

All data processing occurs locally in your browser. We do not:

  • Store your files or data on our servers
  • Access, view, or analyze your content
  • Require user registration or personal information
  • Track or monitor your usage beyond basic analytics

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use KDJ Tools only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Use the service for any illegal activities
  • Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or exploit the service
  • Overload our servers with excessive requests
  • Use the service to process malicious content
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Share course materials or premium content without permission
  • Record, reproduce, or distribute live session recordings without authorization
  • Access Pro-only content without a valid membership
  • Use fraudulent payment methods or chargeback abuse
  • Disrupt live sessions or behave inappropriately during sessions

6. Intellectual Property

The KDJ Tools website, design, and code are protected by intellectual property laws:

  • Our source code is open source and available on GitHub
  • You retain full ownership of any content you process through our tools
  • You may not reproduce or redistribute our website design
  • Course Content: All course materials are copyrighted and may not be shared or redistributed
  • Session Recordings: Recordings are exclusive content for KDJ Pro members
  • User Accounts: Account sharing is prohibited and may result in termination

7. Disclaimers

KDJ Tools is provided "as is" without any warranties. We make no guarantees about:

  • The accuracy or reliability of results
  • Continuous availability of the service
  • Compatibility with all devices or browsers
  • The absence of errors or bugs

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall KDJ Tools be liable for any damages arising from:

  • Use or inability to use the service
  • Loss of data or business interruption
  • Errors in tool results or calculations
  • Any other indirect or consequential damages

9. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

  • Zoom: Live sessions may be hosted on Zoom, subject to Zoom's terms of service
  • YouTube: Live streams may be broadcast on YouTube, subject to YouTube's terms of service
  • NAS.io: KDJ Pro membership and recordings access is managed through NAS.io platform

11. Live Sessions

By registering for or attending our live sessions, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Attend sessions respectfully and professionally
  • Not record, reproduce, or distribute session content without authorization
  • Understand that live sessions are free, but recordings are exclusive to KDJ Pro members
  • Follow Zoom or YouTube platform guidelines when participating
  • Accept that session schedules and content may change without prior notice

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
